Miruna Construct AG SRL is a company registered in Romania responsible for coordinating the activities of Sunrise Glamping Retreat.

We need your personal information to provide you with the following services:

• First and last name - we need this data to be able to communicate with you

• Email - We use your email address to communicate with you.

• Phone number - we will contact you to confirm your booking

• Accommodation period - to make the reservation in the system

• Message - to be able to respond to your requests

With your consent, we would also like to process the following personal data

Online behavior

• Browsing history - we share this information with our partners described in the cookie policy in order to deliver personalized offers.

4. What do we do with them?

Your personal data are processed within the Miruna Construct AG SRL company located in Romania. 

5. As long as we keep personal data

Your personal data will be kept for one year under the legitimate interest of Sunrise Glamping to analyze how your booking request was answered, in case there is no commercial or marketing relationship with Miruna Construct AG SRL. After three years, this data will be destroyed.

The personal data that are included in the financial-accounting documents or in documents that are annexed to the financial-accounting documents, will be kept for 10 years according to the provisions of art. 38 of Annex 1 to Order no. 2634/2015 on financial-accounting documents, issued by the Ministry of Public Finance and will not be accessed for any purpose other than the legal purpose for which they are archived. After 10 years this data will be destroyed.

6. What are your rights?

If you have reason to believe that any personal information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request to see this information, to rectify it or to have it deleted, to request restriction of processing or to object to the processing and you also have the right to data portability.
